it looks just like the scene from the story "A Guardian of Heart" cause i noticed that he still has the green bandana on. it looks like he's got a crush on Lita/Sailor Jupiter.
in the story i did remember Knuckles freaking out a little when he saw that Luna can talk.

i could just picture Knuckles being alone on Lita's bed when Luna jumps on the bed he gets a little nervous before she talks to him.
i couldn't believe that black cat would tell him Lita's secret that she's Sailor Jupiter.
