Ahaha! Everything about this picture is adorable. The colours are pleasing to the eye as well. I've heard of D. Grayman from my friend (who actually got her hair styled like one of the characters permanently. O_O Forgot which one though).
Did you do this with tablet? Or pencil and then scanned and digitally coloured...?

Uhh...well I sketched this in pencil, in class actually. >.<
And then I sorta copied it (scanner broke) while staring at the sketch with a mouse and colored it.
