Woah, this is nice! It's rare to see people trying to do full pony pics, nowadays: now you only see comics (welp, I'm guilty of this), simple pictures of just one pony standing, maybe with some outlandish background, or more extravagant modern-art looking things, and that's all. You don't always see someone who actually attempts to do something with canon ponies, with a scenic background and with a "story" behind it (for whatever reason somepony made Fluttershy cry), as if it were a screenshot from an actual episode. It always makes me happy, to see something of this kind.

Pic looks really great.
Wings are nicely detailed, shading looks pretty accurate and the background really well done too.

The perspective on dash looks a little weird, her right eye seems to drop lower than her left. Plus, I think she could look angrier than she does (if that was what you were going for). She looks more like she's mildly annoyed than angry.
