Description I got the idea for this from a short story a friend of mine wrote 3 or 4 years ago. I guess this is kind of dedicated to her even though I may never see her again (she went to uni last year, and we don't really keep in touch)

This one caught my eye immediately. First of all, I adore the sharpness of this one (and especially the background, it looks as if it was painted). Also the perspective and lighting are very well balanced. The same is with composition (these butterflies are great details!)... Beautiful work; no more words, just fav

Damn good, I really like the filtered backdrop against the crisp foreground. Sometimes that sort fo thing looks silly but here it just works. And swapping the background behind the mirror is a subtle but brilliant touch.
