Ah. Our orphan Thoroughbreds together at last, running in the vast pasture, healthy and strong, ready to RUUUN!!!

We released Charizard in the foal pasture first, he pranced around in the snow like a puppy. He especially loved the deep snow that covered him up to his stomach, he sat there and just licked the snow before wiggling and jumping free. He'd bolt then stop suddenly, his little stomach going in and out. Then he'd nibble on some grass poking out the snow and then suddenly... he'd BOLT!! He was having so much fun, we think he's always had to entertain himself because he had no other foals and his mother was so weak until she passed.
So then we decided to put just Gaara into the pasture. He was older then the two fillys and very protective over them so we wanted to make sure he'd get along with Charizard first. And we hoped he'd cheer up with a buddy to show him how to play. He's always been depressed since he came here. We think he understood how he was just thrown away and he had a chance to know his mom and older sibling so he must miss them. So when his halter was off, Charizard immediately was in his face. They both seemed excited to see each other. Charizard then invited Gaara to go on a run with him. Gaara first looked behind, as if to see if it was ok. The two then ran around the pasture, dodging each other. They seemed to be playing chase
After the two boys calmed down we decided it was time to introduce the girls. So we put Evanescence in first. Naturally she was excited and ready to play so we waited again until they calmed down to turn out Alessandra. We instead brought out the youngest filly and let her watch through the fence. She was just barely too small to watch the three from over the fence. Our little black Alessandra is very shy, but we could tell she wanted to go and play. After a while she got up the courage to give a little neigh. Gaara heard right away and ran to the fence. He's very protective of his girls. Evanescence and the curious Charizard followed right behind Gaara towards little Alessandra. She was so excited they came over to see her, it looked like she was wagging her tail
After all four were inseparable. They played all day long, running on their long legs, proving that they will be amazing runners. Even little Alessandra was able to keep up. And when she got tired Gaara would relax with her so she wasn't alone. That night they all four had to sleep in the same stall, they all piled on top of each other like puppies. All three are the best of friends, the day was a success

Personality: Gaara is very quiet, more of an outcast. But he's very protective over the two fillys. He knew his mom and older sibling and misses them very much. He also understands that his live was thrown away but now that he's a big healthy colt, with the help of his new friend Charizard we think he's learning how to live. And he's turning into a great runner... and with that pedigree we dont know how he couldn't be...

Personality: She's quite the goth rock star, and she loves to party. She tries not to be sad about her past, though she doesn't understand it. Instead she likes to be herself and doesn't like it when she cant express it. Evan is quite the rebel sometimes as well, she's got long legs and she loves to jump fences so we think she'll be a great jumper

Color: Black
Future discipline: racing
Pedigree: roots back to War Admiral and Man o War.
Personality: Shy little Alessandra, she's clinged to Gaara since day 1 and she doesn't like being without him or Evanescence, or now even Charizard. She's very happy go lucky and loves to goof around and be silly. We think she'll be a vary gorgeous mare and a real good runner
