Might I suggest something here? It looks gorgeous as it is right now and if as you say the reason for this project is to overcome a tendency of being a perfectionist then... leave it be, let it stand as is. When we shoot an image and later review it our memories tend to remember the view with so much precision that the image invariably falls short. The thing is our own eyes are never sharp over long distances and short for that matter. I love the hazy rainy distant view, why? because that's what I have witnessed with my own eyes throughout my life. I look at this image and can honestly feel I am standing there at that moment. just my
