Robin stared at the glittering crystal dangling from his sister's fingers. A small clear crystal with a single dark blemish within it. It was alluring, despite the fault. Odd.

"What do you expect me to do with some stone chip, Chloe?" Robin snapped angrily, Chloe never brought anything good with her.

"It's not what I expect you to do with it, but what it shall do with you." The soldier's mercenary sister replied, tossing the crystal to him. Quick reflexes saved the stone from a drop in the dirt. "Keep it with you.... for mom?"

"Fine." Robin replied, hating his sister all the more for dragging the memory of their mother into this.

"Adiel." Chloe seemed to be speaking thoughts aloud.

"What?" Robin at least wanted clarification for his sister's rambling.

"It's name is Adiel. Play nice." With that riddle, she was gone.

So this is #003 on the character list. Adiel. He (it) is a spirit captured long ago by Robin's and Chloe's ancestors. What you see in the picture is the crystal Chloe was holding. She knows what lives in it, but Robin does not at this point. The blemish in the stone Robin noticed was actually Adiel, which puts into perspective how small it is.

Adiel becomes "full"sized when he is released from the crystal. Once released, Adiel can manipulate the world around him. The binding spell (which only takes affect and becomes visible after release) placed on him when he was first captured forces him to be protective of the one in possession of the necklace.

Please Note: Adiel is a genderless spirit. I refer to him as "he" because he most known to take the form of a male. Adiel only mimics what he sees when he transforms. Apart from his male form, he is known to frequent the form of a cat, and a winged specter. While he is in a male form, he is still technically androgynous, and does not have male sex organs. The reason: he can only copy what he has contact with/seen, and he has never come into contact with a fully nude male.
