These are the images for the Evolution Stone Matching Game. I hope you will enjoy them.

Because I have drawn them, regardless if they are Pokemon related, they cannot be used. I drew these under creative commons, giving me sole permission to use them. If Nintendo wanted to use them, that's a different story as they are the full copyright holder.
Otherwise, you can still get sued for using them if I have not given permission.

That doesn't matter. They are not direct copies of pokemon official images. All fanart is also based on original designs and is also protected.

You seem to be avoiding the fact that I drew these. They are fanart. As such, they are protected under creative commons.
And that means, because I DREW THEM, I withstand the right to allow those to use it. If Nintendo were to use them, of course they are allowed. THEY OWN THE COPYRIGHTS. However, I own the CREATIVE COMMONS LICENSING. By this, if people use them without permission that are NOT NINTENDO, I can sue them because of the CREATIVE COMMONS LICENSING LAWS if they use them for profit (in any form, whether that be internet currency or monetary value).
Again, if Nintendo wanted to use them and give no credit, that is fully allowed because they are the original copyright owners.
However, if someone else wanted to use them, without authorization, for profitable gain they can be sued for using my artwork.
Just like anyone can do a Black*shooter or w/e fanart, and can sell it, but some company can't just rip the image and print it to sell at conventions. That's illegal.

I know all this. What do you think? I'm stupid? I know it's illegal but, Nintendo CAN SUE YOU for suing anybody that uses them when they can use them but not publish them. Yes, you are not publishing them, but still, they can do that to you. -_-

Nintendo would not sue me, and there is a reason for this. Nintendo, as they are the copyright holder, would be included in the initial suit against whoever used the image for profit.
In that regard, regardless of settlement, they would be included and paid accordingly. Because of this, they could not turn around to sue me because, at that point, they have been paid their licensing fee in the suit (as a lawsuit over copyright includes that fee for initial losses).
And excuse me if I'm being forceful, however you seem to be challenging my intelligence. You have competely changed your views, as your initial statement was that anyone can use them. But they can't, which is what you have just agreed to in this statement. So I'd appreciate it if you'd drop the subject. I understand how these things work as well, and would appreciate you not thinking so low of my -own- intelligence.
