No, it's not the Nazi symbol.
It's a swastika.
The swastika is a symbol that has been a big part of the Buddhism religion for centuries.
The Nazi's used a tilted swastika for their propaganda, and claimed it as their symbol, but that doesn't mean that every swastika is automatically a nazi symbol.
That's a pretty narrow minded thought.
Besides, if you are a fan of Bleach you should know that the sword like this is used in the anime.
So instead of asking ME why he has a swastika, you should ask the creators of Bleach why they chose to use it.
