Description i wanted to do a mermaid painting so i gave it a shot wanted something not so cartoony tried adding my own twist on this picture its pretty obvious where i referenced altho i changed it sooo im so glad so many people like this one im greatful

The way thenlight is portrayed through the water is so beautiful. The background (in my opinion) is what really gives this art piece emotion. Beautiful work.
