Description Here's how I made the sculpture of Tiziana.
I don't have a lot of steps, but I hope you get a general idea.

Very useful tutorial. Curious - did you make the initial facial form and what type of clay did you use? Thanks Barrie

The initial form is made with epoxy clay, to have a very sturdy base to work on.

Thanks, So, you don't fire the final sculpture then, I gather.

The start is epoxy clay. All the rest is polymer clay, which needs to be baked in the oven. I do bake in several stages.

Plenty of steps, and it covers everything you did very well!

This is amazing. Thank you for showing us the process. I STILL have to figure out the whole "rigging" thing to put my sculptures on. I started out using clothes hangers of all things.

Clothes hangers, iron wire, scrap metal from the junk yard. Everything can be used in the world of sculpting
