Don't worry so much, my Clarey friend. We all have these little blips as we go through life and it's easy to put up another image when in public. I think everyone will be guilty of this at one time or another, it's just a way of protecting ourselves from what we are afraid of others thinking of us. I certainly know that I can't be myself 100% of the time. The way I see it, we have many selves, none of them are exactly wrong but they are there to help us adapt to the situation we are in at the time. Still, trying to be something that you are not is where the problem lies and that is what actually causes the misery. You don't have to go out of your way to do or act in certain ways to please others for them to find you acceptable. If they can't accept you for who you are, well, that is their problem. Unfortunately, people are always quick to judge and they will always judge you by outward appearance, because unless they can be bothered to get to know you, what they see in front of them is all they have to go by. So they will make assumptions based on that. But all you have to remember is that you know differently and that at the end of the day their opinion doesn't matter. You know who you are on the inside and you know that you are Clare Ingram and you are many things to many people. You are an amazing person! And everyone who is close to you knows this and we know who you are beyond the image that you show to the outside world. Never stop being yourself! You are one of my best friends and I love you just the way you are.

It is most strange, i never meant to lose my way. The trying to fit in more for Sarah started off as an experiment really but with all the problems we have had with illnesses, me not being able to do some of my hobbies anymore (FIMO/art) because of the kids fighting and rarely being able to do the other hobbies because the kids are so demanding has made me extra depressed and grumpy making me be in no mood for music making me forget who i am.
I'm still a little lost, the kids constantly fighting is really getting to me at the moment, Sasha is such a tom boy and likes to be rough and Sarah is such a princess and does not like to be tickled or climbed so they clash so i just spend my entire day shouting at them and doing housework, never any fun time apart from an hour a night though now that's even hard work since Sasha is not in a cot anymore but listening to music again is helping life the mood a little.

I can see how this is a problem, but I think that once Sarah starts school things should settle down. Sasha might calm down if she hasn't got anyone to torment. In the meantime, if only you had something that could keep them both occupied. It must be difficult with them both being so different and wanting to do different things at different times. It's too bad they don't make Feliway (calming spray for cats) for children, he he he. If I lived within walking distance, I'd come by and lend a hand. I can imagine two of them against one of you must be tough. But you just make sure that you make time for listening to music, if nothing else. They like the music too, don't they? They like dancing, I know that.

Well clearly i haven't been listening to MM enough as Sarah keeps asking "whats this music?" and when i was reading the MM interview in Metal Hammer magazine yesterday "whose that man? he looks hurt?" lol he was covered in bandages. She knows who Slipknot is when it comes on and Corey in photos so more Manson it is!
Fingers crossed for calm when Sarah starts school, guess we will have to just wait and see!

I didn't know that there could be too much MM in your case, he he he.
Aw, no more Masterchef... That sucks. I have nothing I want to watch on TV either, but I tend to fill my time with drawing like a thing possessed. I lost track with CSI a long time ago, so I have no clue about what's going on and who's in it anymore. Well, good luck with watching it. If only you could tire out the little monkey enough for her to sleep peacefully through your viewing.

I think I stopped watching when Grissom left. I did see some of the episodes with Lawrence Fishborne, but I kept missing episodes and eventually forgot about watching it. I did not know that Ted Dansen had taken over the role as the boss, though. That's a funny thought. And Sara being married to Grissom, I think I'd heard about that. But if they are married, wouldn't they be together rather than her being back there and him being wherever he is?

Unfortunately i was one of those kids who got bullied and had nothing much done to stop it. I never stuck up for myself which made things worse, they felt they could walk all over me so that is something i will teach my kids to do if they do get bullied.

Mum time is something i have not had for years so finding everything hard at the moment, my youngest is in her terrible twos and is hard work, it's ok when the kids are apart but as soon as they get together all they do is argue, fight and wind each other up, something i am not used to being an only child! I have my fingers crossed that when my eldest starts school in September things will settle.
I really want my kids to be happy and themselves, i would hate for them to follow the crowd to fit in which is i guess is kind of what i have been doing for the past months without realizing it!

I'm sure you're a wonderful mother/person. I hope your kids don't get bullied. D:
My brother did for some time. Kind of stopped now, but blah.. It's difficult. :/
By the way, the picture is actually pretty awesome. <3

i was bullied throughout school which is why i am so worried about my eldest being bullied in particular as she is very shy and quiet, my youngest is so feisty she will be fine lol. If either of them do get bullied i will teach them to stick up for themselves, i never did which made things a lot worse.

I was fairly quiet in school, as well, but I was never bullied. I was also overweight. But then again, I was really nice, so I guess people didn't want to bully me or something. I dunno. I guess it depends on who you're friends with, as well.

a few of my friends were bullied as well, all of us for different reasons, me simply because i didn't fit in, one was over weight and another really clever.

I've listened to MM's new album btw, but I'm afraid I'm not as impressed as I'd hoped to be. From eat me,drink me, I haven't been as fond of his albums as I was of the ones before. The one in between born villain and eat me was ok, but he's got quite another sound, and it might just be me, but I find those last 3 albums to be quite similar.
Sorry

Hmm, darkly isn't really anything new, true, but this album is all orchestral, and I find their ochestral pieces simply genious! Though I indeed do hope their next 'real' album, coming out around halloween, is a bit more ... new and exciting ^^

i listened to a couple tracks and decided against it, i love the originals much better, the only reason to get it would be because it's new recording so they sound better, i love the old albums its just a shame about the quality of them

Hmm I kinda ordER COF albums as soon as I can, as I want the special editions when possible -though not the super duper extra special edition from Darkly, as it would've been aobut 80,- with shippingcosts included-.
I'd like to have the collection complete, except for live-albums and a few singles.
But indeed, the sound's kinda ... bad on the old songs/albums, which is too bad, but there's loads of digital versions throughout the internet with a bit better quaility. I harldy ever listen to my cd's, got it all digital as well XD
Let's just hope their next album is as amazing as their older work is!
