Description Whilst photographing George Stephenson at Keighley, I met with ~Herr-Flick , who then gave me a lift up to Haworth, where we took up position in one of our favourite locations on the line to shoot what later became something special.

Seen thundering up the straight between Haworth and Oxenhope is LMS Class 3F 0.6.0 "Jinty" number 47279 leading British Rail Standard 4 2.6.4T number 80002. However, we do have an imminent return to traffic of an LMS Fowler Class 4F , which is basically a more powerful Jinty with a tender. So as one door closes...

the one that was made by Tri-Ang that I've never had? I think it was the earlier version of the 4F loco.

And why not? I will admit though, swapping it for a 4F is as close to a fair exchange as it gets!

Yes indeed, I intend to capture the 4F when it emerges from the sheds at Haworth.
