~Design Origin~
Carnotaurus sastrei(Who's Name Translates to "Meat-Eating Bull") a large Abelisaurid from South America, mostly Argentina during the late Cretaceous period 70 million years ago, It was ranged about 25 feet long and weighed about 1 ton. Carnotaurus is one of those dinosaurs that looks like it didn't come out of the oven quite right: its arms were small and stubby enough to make those of Tyrannosaurus Rex seem gigantic by comparison, and the thick, stubby horns over its eyes were too small to be of much use, except perhaps as a sexually selected characteristic. Less embarrassingly, a new study has shown that the tail of Carnotaurus was unusually straight and muscular, implying that this dinosaur was able to reach very respectable running speeds in pursuit of prey, and Carnotaurus also seems to have possessed an unusually thick neck, which may (or may not) have had something to do with its stunted and puny arms. Carnotaurus one of the largest Abelisaurids, with only Ekrixinatosaurus and possibly Abelisaurus may have been similar or larger in size.

it's a little blury but from what i can see it looks great, love it;s face of "...i'm cool with this"
the plated back looks cool
if i had 1 thing to say that i have to ask is, what is that red thing on it's head? looks kind of out of place

i was also a little curious, will arorus be getting some variants too?
just curious is all

1. Yeah my camera skills weren't exactly on point

3. Yes Aurorus will, I already made Alolan Aurorus, which will be boated soon

Yeah, but for the most part, you get the point.

The side spikes are a nice touch, there's an Ankylosaur with those same kind of spikes, though I can't remember its name, did that also play some part in this Tyrantrum's design?

Oh yeah, TBH, IDK about using high pitched JP spino roars because well um, if you look up JPOG Albertosaurus roars, that's basically what you'll get, that roar to me is so annoying TBH

NP also here's some ideas for possible variants

A Flying-Type Liepard based on a Clouded Leopard, perhaps it has the ability to create clouds to walk and leap off of
A Tauros variant based on a Texan Longhorn, hell its ability could be Long Reach
A Dunsparce variant based on a Gaboon Viper
A Lickitung based on a Blue-Tongue Skink
An Ice-Dark Infernape based on the Appalachian Devil Monkey
A Water/Electric Voltorb/Electrode based on Underwater Mines, its color scheme could resemble a Dive Ball
An Octillery based on a Blue-Ringed Octopus
A Water/Ice Magmortar that takes inspiration from Fire Extinguishers

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Citipati345 In reply to PerfectChaos22 [2017-10-22 04:34:38 +0000 UTC]

I already made a Dark/Ground Alolan Liepard based on A King Cheetah
A Ice/Ground Alolan Tauros based on Musk Oxen
And the Ice type Alolan Infernape based on the Devil was already planned
But sure on the others

Here's another

A Flying/Dark Zorua/Zoroark....a literal Flying Fox

Citipati345 In reply to PerfectChaos22 [2017-10-22 04:56:40 +0000 UTC]

Hmmmmm..... Not a bad idea

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

PerfectChaos22 In reply to Citipati345 [2017-10-22 05:03:08 +0000 UTC]

You wouldn't base its flight off Tails the Fox from Sonic would you?...please don't

One last idea is a Murkrow/Honchkrow line that takes inspiration from Western Bandits, their crests could resemble cowboy hats

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Citipati345 In reply to PerfectChaos22 [2017-10-22 05:04:25 +0000 UTC]

God no.... I do like the Honchkrow idea, what typing?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

PerfectChaos22 In reply to Citipati345 [2017-10-22 05:13:56 +0000 UTC]

Ground/Dark maybe they take physical inspiration from Road Runners and basically loose most of their flight capabilities, that or try and pick out some distinguishable traits from other species of crows like Carrion Crows

Or maybe an Ice/Flying Murkrow/Honchkrow based on a Hooded Crow, on top of that, it could have more of an American Gangster vibe

👍: 0 ⏩: 2

Citipati345 In reply to PerfectChaos22 [2017-10-22 05:20:04 +0000 UTC]

Though I was Originally going to base Alolan pidgey, Pidgeotto, and Pidgeot on Roadrunner but I really like your idea better. do you have any ideas on an Alolan Pidgey, Pidgeotto, and Pidgeot on?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Citipati345 In reply to PerfectChaos22 [2017-10-22 05:34:29 +0000 UTC]

Yeah alright, any typing in mind?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

PerfectChaos22 In reply to Citipati345 [2017-10-22 05:46:20 +0000 UTC]

Maybe Dark/Flying or maybe Ice/Flying, or here's an idea

Chalk up all the monkey and ape Pokémon and see what's the weaknesses they all share, and using that make this Pidgeot the type that's effective against the most Monkey Pokémon as the Philippine Eagle is also known as the Monkey-Eating Eagle as it feeds primarily on Primates

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Citipati345 In reply to PerfectChaos22 [2017-10-22 05:52:31 +0000 UTC]

Aside from the Elemental Monkeys and Ape pokemon like Oranguru and Darmanitan, all monkey pokemon are fighting types, This'll be like Alolan Rufflet and Braviary, in fact, let's make it so that those two share a Rivalry together

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

PerfectChaos22 In reply to Citipati345 [2017-10-22 06:13:58 +0000 UTC]

Yeah that could work, if Braviary had a 3-Stage Evolution, they could have been Version Exclusives

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Citipati345 In reply to PerfectChaos22 [2017-10-22 06:22:21 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, do you have any ideas on a Alolan Larvitar, Pupitar, and Tyrannitar?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

PerfectChaos22 In reply to Citipati345 [2017-10-22 06:47:43 +0000 UTC]

Well

You could make them Ghost/Rock and base them off the scrapped Godzilla known as Ghost Godzilla, they could have a skeletal look to them and Tyranitar's spies could look like spiky bone spears or bones that've been snapped, it could also take inspiration from the GMK Godzilla

You could make a Fire/Rock Alolan Larvitar Line based on Burning Godzilla

Or you could make something like Rock/Poison or a Dark/Poison or Water/Poison Larvitar Line based on the recent Shin Godzilla

Or you take inspiration from creatures made from Godzilla's DNA, like Biollante and make a Grass-Type Larvitar line that's adapted to living in jungle environments and for Tyranitar, instead of spikes jutting out its body, it has spiky vines that it can use to extend and lash out at foes with, it can be more peaceful than Regular Tyranitar and helps the environment around it grow and flourish rather than destroying everything in sight, it would fit Alola's theme of tranquility and peace with nature, hell look at this

www.clubtokyo.org/images/figur…

You could make a Unovian Tyranitar Line based on the slimmer and much different looking Zilla, I mean not all the regional variants should come from Alola

Hell, you could look up as many Godzilla-ripoffs and or Godzilla-like monsters, like monsters that came after Godzilla and make Larvitar-lines based around them, you have guys like

Yongarry
Pulgasari
Raiga
Gorgo
Gomora (Well he's sorta like his own thing but takes a good bit of inspiration from Godzilla)
Jirass
the list goes on

How bout a Flying/Rock or Rock/Fairy Type Larvitar Line based on...Godzuki

orig00.deviantart.net/d213/f/2…

ih1.redbubble.net/image.360084…

One of these idea has to inspire you

I'll use the Ghost Godzilla idea for Alola

Sadly, the Fire/Rock idea has already been done before by someone else

I'll make Sinnohan Forms based on Shin godzilla, Larvitar will be Water/Dark, then Pupitar will be pure Dark and then Tyrannitar will be Dark/Dragon

I can base the Hoennian Form on Biollante
Thnx

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

PerfectChaos22 In reply to Citipati345 [2017-10-22 05:18:53 +0000 UTC]

Yeah I guess that could work

Last idea....A Wailmer variant based on Ambuelocetus and Wailord being based on something like Andrewsarchus, they'd probably Ground Types or the same Typing as Swampert

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Citipati345 In reply to PerfectChaos22 [2017-10-22 05:21:53 +0000 UTC]

I already made an Alolan Wailmer and Wailord based on Killer Whales

PerfectChaos22 In reply to Citipati345 [2017-10-22 05:22:41 +0000 UTC]

Citipati345 In reply to PerfectChaos22 [2017-10-22 05:24:41 +0000 UTC]

Idk, It just came to me

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

PerfectChaos22 In reply to Citipati345 [2017-10-22 05:56:47 +0000 UTC]

Oh

So, here's an idea I had and might try to do myself

The idea is that...what would happen if you took a Pokémon from this dimension, and left it in Ultra-Space to fend for themselves. From Sun and Moon, we know that if a Pokémon is sent through Ultra-Space but comes back to its normal dimension, you get a Totem Pokémon that's been irradiated with Ultra-Wormhole energy and it grown to 2-3x's its normal size

So that got me thinking, if you sent a regular Pokémon into Ultra-Space and just left it there for years and years, along with a population large enough to breed, how would they change, how would they adapt, what would they look like after learning how to adapt to Ultra-Space's dimensions.

Basically like Alolan forms but, the Pokémon have adapted to living in Ultra-Space. I guess they'd be a bit like Ultra-Beasts but at the same time, still look like the Pokémon from their old home dimension
