This isn't in the the pixel art because of the background, which I did simply in PSP8.This is a collab between me and scarabugs on Neopets. She doesn't have a DA account so I cant link her. Just know I didn't do the lineart, I took her scanned image, pixelized it, then shaded it and stoof. I love her style, it's very unique.
I really like the color I found for Liphys mask in this picture and came about it by chance, needless to say, I'm going to be using it more often. I didn't do the best on her sais though, those were kinda rushed. Buuut.. that's about it. (:
