I wanted to do some Disney fan art (it has been a while) and I wanted to experiment with Photoshop pen inking and airbrushing...this is my first try with both (I didn't use the airbrush to color my other works)...and I started looking for a character that would be easy to draw on my tablet and with enough round curves so that it would be easy for me to use the pen tool for the first time...and there she was, one of the most round Disney characters ever and one of my all time faves too!

I kind of like the pen tool but I probably still have a few tricks to learn, and I do prefer the more natural look of the Illustrator brushes for my personal, original works. But Disney fan art seems to work better with the pen tool. I'll keep using both. And I'm always on the look for new techniques anyway.
