I beleive the thin lines add to the piece, the overall picture is very monotone for lack of a better word, but then you get to those lines and it brings just enough to the piece to make your eyes look further and see there are more subtleties to the colors in the piece.
For critique wise, I'd have to say the over composition is a tad centered, but it works in this image because of the models posture. Everything about her posture says worn out, or distraught, and you emphasized that very nicely with the use of a chaotic background texture (btw where do you guys find these textures! I need Some!), the intensely mis-shapen lines and water-colored scribbles.
Destruction is a great title for this piece, the work is very nice, but there's always room for improvement! keep at it and keep experimenting!

yeah pretty cool.. the only thing are the pencil lines around the "wings" dont really fit.. but thats just my opinion.. sweet work tho

This is simply gorgeous. I love how fitting the title is to the model's expression. Also, there's like a double whammy of symbolism in this picture. The grey lines in the background look like drooping angel wings, and her jacket appears to be slowly decomposing/melting. <3 this. Great work.
