The idiot happy go lucky guy who's sociable and friendly although his personality does tend to annoy the more strict/proper ones. He's never serious unless you catch him by himself when he's seriously working on his tasks. Although when he discusses about important matters with other people, he does show a serious side people are not used to seeing but once his serious mode is off, he's that same happy idiot they all know. As Keishi is highly sociable, he enjoys being in the center of attention and does get a bit pouty when no one gives him attention. He often attempts to catches someone's attention or just casually wrap his arms around them, maybe even resting his chin on their shoulder if he's unable to grab someone's attention.

History:
  He tends to keep himself about his history so he never talked about his parents or history to other people for many specific reasons, mainly for his younger brother, Yukihito's sake (and for others so they don't have to pity him or feel bad for him). The fact he avoids talking about it hints that his parents weren't great parents. To know more about his parents and history, you need to get closer to him or he has a reason to tell you.
  He was once a counselor for a high school, however, after he completed his Ph.D  program, Keishi wanted to try something new and wanted to put his knowledge in psychology to use. At the same time, he also wanted to conduct research. Seeing the host clubs, Keishi thought about the host clubs and their clients with their reasons to work at a host club or go to host clubs for fun or maybe even comfort in daily life. Keishi ultimately decided to try out being a host to research more on this topic and wanted to do his best to make clients (and maybe even his future coworkers) feel better and happy. On the plus side, he had a way with talking to people, allowing them to open up and and then connecting to them. (And it was harder to find schools and businesses to work at since job openings didn't come by that easily and he didn't want to work in a practice either.)
  While wandering in the Kabukicho district, Keishi was finding the best club to work at when he came upon a crying customer who was wandering aimlessly. Worried, he ran over to the crying female and started to find ways to cheer her up. After spending some time with them, Keishi successfully managed to cheer her up. When he was thanked, she somehow mistaken him as a LoveStruck host (chances are she assumed from Keishi's personality and thought that's where he belonged) and said she would be sure to request the next time she came.
  On the other hand, LoveStruck's leader, Shiro saw this incident as an opportunity to get another useful host to bring more business and bring down the other clubs and went out to talk to Keishi, talking about a possible job opening from him at LoveStruck.

Because of his personality, he's never taken seriously and people tend to believe he's a legitimate idiot but he's actually quite intelligent as he completed high school earlier and currently has a Ph.D in psychology and counseling.
He chose Ph.D path because he prefers to conduct research over opening up a clinical practice and opening one would be too much effort for him.
Psy.D is for those who are interested in opening a clinical practice more.
Has a huge brother complex over Yukihito who doesn't exactly appreciate how clingy he gets.
