Dragonair has been my favourite pokemon since I was 8yrs-old. Srsly.

Personality:
Raina is a very relaxed and quiet person, and it seems like nothing will ever anger her. However, due to her past, she will become extremely pissed off if a guy tries to hit on her. She feels more comfortable being around women, and still has trust issues with men. Everyone finds her extremely friendly and easy to talk to. This is because Raina values the bonds between people very deeply and believes that she should try to become friends with everyone in the village. She also wants people to like her for her personality, and not her looks.
Even though she is very polite and well-mannered, if you ever ask Raina for help, her answer would probably be a no. Being extremely lazy, she will only help you if she feels that you truly need it.
History:
Being the most beautiful girl in the village, every boy knew Raina the Dratini. They would follow her around in hopes of getting her attention and possibly her love, but Raina was very shy and mostly kept to herself. This caused all the other girls in the village to hate and envy Raina.
One day, the group of girls found Raina alone by the lake. They began throwing sticks and stones at her and calling her very ugly names. At the climax of their bullying, a few girls dragged Raina into the lake and held her down until they couldn't feel Raina fight back anymore... And they all ran off.
All Raina could remember was everything was going dark on her and no matter how hard she tried screaming, nobody was there to help. When she was drowning, her ability, Shed Skin, was awoken without her knowing. When she woke up, she found herself at Sky Village... as a Dragonair.
Additional Info:
Is afraid of being in complete darkness and hates being alone. Due to her sensitivity to weather conditions, she can sometimes predict the weather and her emotions are also affected by it.
You can often find her taking naps on sunny days or chatting with others. Raina secretly enjoys to dance, but refrains from doing so in the public due to her past. She is always sleepy because she has trouble sleeping at night........
