He's a quirky little Sparktail dragon

This is Quark, and he's kinda annoying.
I mean, he has an ill mother(last slide) to take care of that used to be heir to the throne until she was exiled for the attempted murder of her sister, but ya'know.

Because of how sick his mother is, Quark learned to be independent from a young age, but he did have an older brother figure who was around sometimes. That dragon is named Spiral. (Yes, that seafoam green cat dragon from a while ago.) Spiral helped Quark whenever he snuck out instead of acting like the prince he is. Quark is also technically royalty, but he doesn't know that at this point in his backstory.

Quark wants to take down the government as convinced by his mother.
