An engineer and inventor, Tempest likes creating crazy contraptions and some prove to be helpful for her tribe. She wants to live up to her great grandfather's legacy, as he created the elevator pulley system in Spark Canyon.

So far, Tempest doesn't live up to her high expectations and her more public failed contraptions that lead her to injuring herself and others cause concern in the community. People see her as a potential danger or worry about her safety and want her to stop and find a different hobby. However, she is extremely stubborn and refuses to give up. If they can't see that she will be great someday, that's their problem.

In this picture, Tempest is preparing to test out her flight suit. Sparktails can't fly but she desperately wants to. All of her previous tests have led to her nearly drowning or crashing into things, but she swears she's almost got it.
