Description
After the snow pic I had to do something with rain...okay I didn't have to I just wanted to I colored this again in open canvas...damn I have too much time today I should be doing a project...
oh well...hope you guys like it I don't know why I drew her...oh yeah the chain I was learning how to draw them...uh...yeah that's all I spent about...1 hour or so coloring her and about 20 mins drawing her...enjoy

Next time you want to do a rain effect, using the line tool and then blurring the lines gives a good effect, it's what I used on my picture.
