Description
My vision of Lucifer. As for me he's a victim - god knocked him off heaven and made him master of hell. War between angles of good and bad ? Someone has to blamed. White wing symbolizes his good nature - as he was angel in heaven, black one - master of hell. Only light in his life is only that one, that he creates. He's very lonely.*****************************************
That's my vision. I don't want to offend anyone or anything.

to my mind it's your best work. Others are very good too. But this one is my fave! I like it more because of your comment - it's exactly what I feel about Lucifer and his story and the light he has to create for himself alone. But what do you think about God? Doesn't he feel guilty about this? It's His child, you know? I think god is sad about Lucifer, because this angel seeks his own path of creation. And there can't be two creators in one world.

Maybe this is that way, maybe he's sorry, maybe not and maybe he's happy about his own sacrifical lamb.

I agree with you - I don't think that being Catholic here is to do something with your attitude towards the creature, safe from the fact that you get aqcuainted with the concept via the study of the religion... I'm drawn to the fall of the angels, in the way it was presented by John Milton. Luficer seemed to seek recognition of his creator, like a grown-up son, and got punished because he saught it by any means possible. He really is very lonely. Actually I don't like the fact that his sin is not to be ever forgiven. When there's no atonement then letting the creature live in Hell is cruel.
