because she and her kids are kept with the rest of the people Blot captured and made his slaves which is far from where Blot keeps himself anyway so she's never met him in person and P Blot can't be hurt or killed by any normal means (only with special weapons or powers within the people with the "gift of Gaea" and Peg doesn't have that.) plus if Blot dies so does Mickey and that poses a problem.

Phantom Verse is best verse, hands down. I love each and every character here, each and every scene portrayed. However, I don't think I've seen the Pete one before - and no shocker, it's amazing! The blend on his hands for the fire, the rough expression with that dangerous body position, it really makes him look like an intimidating bad guy (even if we really know otherwise).

sort of yes and sort of no, he's being manipulated into working for the bad guy. He used to be one of Mickey's guards but works for P. Blot now because P. Blot has his family.

Phantom Blot's a different character from the Shadow blot in Epic Mickey Right?

Phantom Blot and Shadow Blot are one and the same however Phantom Blot has been a Disney villain long before Epic Mickey was ever even thought of. He is one of Mickey's arch enemies in various comics and has been the main villain in various Mickey Mouse Works/House of Mouse cartoons. he's a great character and one of my favorite Disney villains.
