What an amazing sureal piece!
The bokeh effects of the foreground coupled with the detailed background in the corner make this a very striking wonderland of pure fantasy.
The gradation of the depth of focus had me looking at this piece for a few minutes to enjoy the delicate transition of blurry color to the dotty, bubble filled space in the details.
While not incorporating a very tight point of focus for the eyes to immediately view, images like this don't need such a rule. Your use of color and shape provides the viewer with an experience rather a story or context. Well done.
