Man, long time, no update.Well, here is me being rusty as all hell. The flames look bad, but I'm rather surprised at how well this came out. This is for, surprise surprise, a Gaiaonline contest. This character belongs to Allychan entirely.

You wouldn't believe how easy it was here. There was no one at the DMV (literally. I got the number and it was immediately called). The process took 20 minutes tops with no problems. Silly California, why can't you be this easy?
