It's called wind, because of the meaning of the horse, it's markings, it's way to be. But it would be more like a northern wind, since it'll be much colder lol
And also.... I'm terrible with names XD
So didn't noticed really that I called it wind, and there wasn't wind.

That horse is awesome, he looks ghostly...maybe you should choose a sort of..spectre-ish name?

I've been practicing O.O
I did a gradient for the sky, then selected the smalles brush with some opacity to do some stars, then copied the stars and pasted and just moved them, and also used the clone tool. Did some highlights and putted some brighter stars and voila
