Personality
Mylene is a sweet girl, but sometimes she just doesn't seem to get it. She means well, but she's the girl who, when at the move tutor's house, will exclaim "Wow that name sounds cool! Teach it to my pokemon!" without knowing what it actually does.
She is fond of poffins and pokeblocks (as well as any other food she can have), which her parents seem to think is fine since "It's just berries, it should be fine!"
Mylene never seems to be upset, even when losing in a pokebattle.

History
Mylene was raised by pokemon breeders, and was used to the contest world. She learned mostly about pokemon moves by what type they were. Her father taught her a lot about pokeblocks and pokefood, while her mother taught her about contests and the moves that would help the most.
She got her first pokemon when she was 7- her Raichu Rolo. He seems to be the most reliable pokemon, most likely from having to take care of her since he was a little pichu. She wasn't exactly diligent in training him, but since he was always happy he didn't take too long to evolve.
Mylene decided she wanted to try to become a pokemon master a little late, at age 12, but her family didn't mind. They just packed her up and sent her on her way. After a few years of exploring all of Hoenn (befriending Smoothie, Dumpling, and Feta on the way) she decided to travel all the way to Sinnoh- Skipping over Kanto and Johto. There she met Hunny and Riceball, and discovered her love for Poffins.
She finally went to Johto, feeling she should probably see all of the world before going home. There she discovered Helios Conference. Mylene, having never been in any tournament, decided to find this conference and join up.

Of course, she got a bit distracted while going, but she got there all the same.

I don't know if I'm actually applying for #HeliosConference but maybe! I spent a long time on it ;___; bahhhhhh
