This is a really good drawing and stands together nicely. As a style I would not criticize anything- even the oversized head is suited for this characters stylized look, I like the blending of colors in the hair very much and the pose is also great with drama. Now if realism was the desire of this image then there are some things- a soft ambient background would be nice with blueish and darker tones- sort of a gradient from the upper right to the lower left side. Then the colors blending should be relaxed with the blurring brush- the last one when clicking and holding the mouse over the brush tool icon. Then a bit more contrast- try applying a black and white adjustment layer and setting it to overlay mode and tweak the opacity. Some stronger light and reflexion betwene the lit and in the shadow areas. The eyes and lips could be improved for this also- see some tuts on drawing eyes and lips. And this is just my thought- the signature should be freeΒ΄er- practice this for a little time and make it with a fast and casual stroke and maybe not using those sharp corners as now- curve them more- this is more pleasing to the eye. Anyway you are very talented and I wish you all the best on your way to stunning paintings.
