What made me stop and review your submission was the stark contrast between the color and fragility of the feather and the dark harsh solid stone.
There is a slight impression of moisture on the rocks. If I would do anything it would be to reflect a small amount of light in the moisture especially at the bottom of the picture. You could capture a misted refection of the feather - adding to the the effect of its ethereal existence.
The shadowed effect int he foreground pulls the eye to the feather - but the edges of the rocks around the feather could be sharpen.
The picture is perfect as is and I love it - I don't know if my suggestions would make that much of a difference but it would be fun to play with a photo shop program to see the effects.
