I did this to include in the community gift for the theartofkimmy

I kind of love the idea of her using her waterhair to somehow maker her float? Or maybe she is just floating but her hair doesn't float? Haha, I'm not sure of the science behind it, but it makes a fun design! I hope you like her! x3
