this is a wonderful episode. I've always liked it.
However... this has always bothered me:
A proper Reuben sandwich has not only the aforementioned ingredients, but also Thousand Island dressing (or mayo) and sauerkraut. Also, you did not specify that it is RYE bread that you use, and also SWISS cheese.
How can people learn to make a proper Reuben with incorrectness like this?! This is what has my Reubens (when ordered out) showing up with bloody coleslaw and no dressing. *gags*
ah well.
I suppose that this only goes to show that Sal definately CAN'T cook.
