The title Ghost Rider has been used by individuals indwelled by a Spirit of Vengeance, they were the vestiges of "God's power" bonded to human hosts and calling themselves Ghost Riders, while others have claimed them to be demons in the service of Mephisto. Most famously Johnny Blaze, who sold his soul to the demon-lord Mephisto.

At night and when around evil, they find their flesh consumed by hellfire, causing their head to become a flaming skull. They ride a fiery motorcycle and wields blasts of hellfire from their body, usually from their skeletal hands.

For this meme, you can also let your imagination run wild. Pick any character you want, even an OC, who becomes a Ghost Rider.
