It's Sophie from Hayao Miyazaki's "Howl's Moving Castle"!! My scanner really messed up the colours here and I swear, the original is better. (The brown turned out reddish TT-TT)Tools used in cut+paste: only (no joke) coloured paper, scissors, and glue. The blue parts around it was done on Photoshop... C:

Wow at first I thought this was Akage No Anne (a.k.a Anne of Green Gables) because Hayao Miyazaki had worked with making a few shows… but when I look at it more it looks really like Sophie
