Maybe black lines would have been better
(especially on the eye), because this contains a huge contrast this way,
but still I like the soft appearance and how you draw muzzles :3

thanks for the opinion, I decided to change it lol
I'm personally not fond of drawing characters with very dark or bright colors, my shading doesn't look too well on them :<
and black lines disappear on black lol
ah I've been trying to draw muzzles a bit more realistic, glad you like how it looks ^v^

I like it better now but I see what you mean with disappearing x3
I usually colour black characters lighter (more a dark grey)
to avoid having them too dark with shading.
But they are truly not easy to shade^^

I really like pastel and light colours too,
but I sometimes find it hard to find colours fitting them
to put into the shading (of course the base colour can be used,
but often it looks better with a variety of colours).
Naww, I like the highlights this way :3

ohh I see x3 I usually do purple shading (purple grayish) because I love purple xD
and sometimes I go more for a blue tone, still close to purpleΒ
hahaha
I'm rather lazy to use more than one tone for shading XD I do use sometimes tho
