I think the frame and the size of the picture are lowering the quality.

Yeah, I don't really like the frame myself, but it looked even worse to me without a frame... ;dd And the quality is a bit off, because it's a photo of a reflection of a yellow glass in a glass table xDD I actually think that... the table wasn't clean enough...
