Description
Homer had died in a accident at the powerplant. Mr Smithers had called Marge to come to the plant to get Homer stuff at his office. Marge didn`t knew about the wall he had made for Maggie and started to cry when she took down the pictures. This was so unfair to Homer. He had suffered at work all his life and hated to be there. And finally when he got a new job Marge got pregnant and Homer had to take back the old job. Mr. Burns had hang a sign to Homer where it says "Don`t forget you are here forever". But when Marge entered the room and saw what Homer had done to cheer him up, she understanded how much she loved Marge and the kids. He had change the words to "Do It For Her".
This was just beautiful and sweet. But now he was gone and Marge and the kids was never going to see Homer again. 
This story is from the episode "And Maggie Makes Three" from season 6. If you remember at the end of the episode we see Homers wall after had told the story of how Maggie was born to them.

Geeze, if the Simpsons weren’t dysfunctional before, what hope would there be if Homer suddenly passed away? All those young kids growing up without a father figure, Marge widowed and heartbroken… These are the kinds of things I wouldn’t wish on anybody, to say the least.
Needless to say, this hits right at home. Being the youngest child, I ended up with a Homer-like parent (menial job, average kinda guy on the surface, etc.) who luckily became a friend as much as a father. A man who’s been through the dreariest of hells, for an eternity, to provide for his family, whether through his wages or his presence. Like Marge, I would be a crumpled mess if I all of a sudden lost him, to something out of my control. Not every day you get a man with such a heart of gold.
From the baby pictures, we can clearly see the love and warmth in Homer’s eyes; finally he has a reason to stick it out in this god-awful place where the boss never remembers him, and is an evil old prick to begin with. Maggie looks simply adorable as she returns Homer’s love; now we know that that is a bond for life, however long or short it will be.
It’s a great tribute to a great moment, in a show that is arguably full of them. You’ve drawn and shaped the console nicely, and those baby pictures, well they just melt your heart. You’ve done a real quality job here, and I can only ask that you keep this level of effort up.
