Hey I don't think I know who the girl is, but I love the picture!
What I like about your work is that you got different diverse styles, with subtle differences... Like when you did Eva Mendez, you used like almost completely smooth curves, and here you use more hard edges, which complements the girl's attitude 
Real good, I wanna learn vectorizing photos in such style too, gotta work on it
