This is beautiful! The colors are all fitting, though the shirt looks a little awkward to me. The back part looks spiky, I'm not sure if it was supposed to be wrinkles, but it doesn't seem to fit in. I also feel like the horn in the back should be a bit smaller, just because it is on the opposite side of the head. The simple background looks very nice and the little stars add a lot of character. I'd like to add that the shading is great! You didn't go overboard, though I can't really tell where the lighting is coming from(Though that may be my fault, I'm terrible at that).

Overall I feel like this is great, the line art is clean and neat, colors are great and it looks pretty. The only thing I think you need to work on is the clothing and maybe the horn.
