Hey guys! Here's this week's submission. This is actually from almost 2 years ago, I just remembered him since he appears as a DLC skin for Noob Saibot in Mortal Kombat. I made a few tweaks to his background earlier this year, and polished him up for a bit today.

Maybe it's just me but I hate the concept of "The Bat Who Laughs." To me, it's a concept that only works for people who fans of "uber god Batman" and such. I love Batman, but I can think of dozens, possibly hundreds of DC characters who could take him down.

I love how you merged two movies in one character (Joker himself was based off of Gwynplaine from the 1928 movie called "The man who laughs" ) and Tim Burton's "Batman" movies (Tim Burton heavily relies on German Expressionism in his movies).

The character concept was interesting but I thought that DC overdid it with him.Β It would have been better had he been used a little more sparingly.
Reminded me of when Marvel introduced Red Hulk.
