Description Ahahaha! Finally, another PersonaxMadoka Magica!

I've started this one just a little after I finished drawing Yukari , but I haven't really worked on him much. I had the file open in photoshop, sketched some concepts, and closed the file. Then I opened it again and started almost from scratch again. I didn't want to draw frills.
