Yeah I didn't know how to painted or upload digital art. I mean I can use my hand and draw but how to put it on computer?

try a scanner? (scan your paper to your email) preferably in your school library, printing shop's scanning services are kinda expensive.

What's a scanner?never use or see one before. Actually I'm using a phone tablet.
