I regret ever setting foot into the city.

..........I am relentlessly chased from my home by monsters, cretins, and despicable cloaked creatures that hide themselves in the blackness of shadows.....For a reason I am woefully unsure.

...I can't return home, for they drive me away. It sickens my soul, being ripped away from family and home for such a long time.....and I can't seem to find relief, or a way away from them....

....I can trust no living thing. My now enhanced senses are on edge constantly, and I take flight at the slightest danger. This puts me to the lowest of shames, but I have no choice. I live in constant timidness, and even now, I have been attacked. Only once, but I fear they will become more brutal....

...they hiss at me, and scorn and curse me with words, 'Bring back what you ssssssssssstole from ussssss!'.....I have no choice now.

....either I live a life of misery in a city where I have no home....

...or fight my way back to those i love...even if it means death.

....this is my newest character. Joshua the Mongoose, who has an odd beginning in his past if there ever was one. T^T

...I really feel for him. Dxx And yes, now I have TWO maroon colored chars >w< I dun caaare~~~

Anyways, I tried out tricky lightings and perspectives here....and they were HAAARD xD

....I can't really think of much right now, so here's his description xD (As I type this sentence, it is 12:30 A.M. o3o)

Name: Joshua

Nicknames: Josh, Joshy, ect.

Species: Mongoose

Age: 15

Gender: Male

Personality: At many first glances, Josh seems to be extremely timid, fearful, and afraid of anything that moves, but this isn't completely true. He is timid somewhat, but he has been driven into waryness of everything, for he can't go home to the forest where his parents, brother, and unborn sister reside. He's usually upbeat and optimistic, though timid and unsure in uncomfortable situations. He's deeply caring and loving.

Background: Joshua lives in a forest glade at the outskirts of town with his mom, dad, younger brother (By around 2 years) and his unborn baby sister. He has lived happily, untill one day he wanted to visit the city, and hsi parents reluctantly allowed him to.

Upon entering, he stayed for several days, meeting friends and seeing new sights.....untill he wanted to go home.

....that first night, upon trudging down a rainy alley-way, he was suddenly and unexpectedly set upon by cloaked figures. Most of the time there are two, but there have been instances when more have appeared. He ran with all his might, and now is ran back when he tries to go through the deadly alley to get home to his family.....his ONLY way home.

The figures never reveal their faces. They always hide deep in the shadows, and appear when Josh enters the alley, hissing and screeching with horrible voices, "BRING BACK WHAT YOU SSSSTOLE FROM USSSS!!!!" Josh is unnerved by this, for the only things in the city he owns are his clothes and a pendent around his neck. It is a family heirloom, passed down from generation to generation.....now, he only seeks a way to find his way home to his family before his sister is born, and before these cloaked figures attack again......or worse.

Abilities: At the moment, Josh has no known abilities, except being able to run extremely fast.

Likes: Spending time with his family, his friends, fishing, running early in the morning through the glade and the trees, the rain, ect.

Dislikes: The dark, back parts of the city, the cloaked figures, pain towards others, ect.

Hobbies: Running, Fishing, drawing on occassion, and like Spark, sings alone to himself

Crush: He has no crush at the moment.

Side: He's good ^^
