Psyche is like another version of Izaya.
I believe when the OST came out.. The album was called Psychedelic Dreams and Izaya was on the cover. This became Psyche: [link]
Also Delic came into the picture too I think... Which is just another version of Shizuo: [link]
Psyche is usually paired with Tsugaru though which is also Shizuo but Tsugaru comes from Shizu's char song, Tsugarukaikyou Fuyugeshiki: [link]

psyche went missing when they were kids Izaya looked for him and Quit when he started High school They say he was lost to another Demetion I'm sorry if I sound a little like a Prick but I know a lot about thing people chose not to listen to I seen all the episode he's not metioned which made me cry and I think Izaya maybe trying to find Psyche again I really don't want you to be confused and I really don't want people to tell lies she/he may not know that what she/he told you wasn't the turth and Shizuo other self is from another demetion Sorry to confuse you hope this helps a little
