This is very nice...the colors really make this come alive. maybe a few minor issues with anatomy...but trust me...this is a heck of a lot better than anything I can draw.

What you apparently lack in perspective you certainly make up for with balance, both in composition and colour. I love the intricate costumes and the fantastic backgrounds.

discrete pointers: lol
a good way to make the lines disappear is to copy the vector layer with the lineart convert the copy to a raster. Make the vector invisible, and use the eraser to smudge out the hard edges on the raster one. Then toy with the raster like setting it to multiply or darken. etc. You can then ease in the vector layers opacity to where you like it.
sorry if thats hard to understand, theres a reason I dont do tutorials.

the 1.5 missing is for the anatomy of the face "her chin is too much going inside" and her arms "cuz they are too much fluffy and pupmed"
but I like her body...your still in prograss of practice and achiving greatness.....so don't feel ashamed or angry of my details..
be happy that your trying and that your making the best of every drawing you do

You go to the normal brush and at the upper right corner there's this button that is like > -insertpaintbrushpicturehere-
Click the button
It should say stuff like
Normal
Custom
Paintbrush
Pen
Pencil
Etc.
Click on custom and find the shape you want to use!
Although, it might be different for PSP7 and the one you have. x3

The effects were just a bunch of experiments and such. I came up with the idea in my mind, and saw what would look best on the computer. So I used the lighten brush and dodge tool a lot. xD;;
And then the shiny stuff was using some custom brushes. You just have to play around a lot. xD;;
I looked at some tutorials, but most of them involved a tablet or photoshop, both which I don't have. So....they didn't really work for me. Dx

The ribbons and the sparkles are a nice edition to the picture.

The nose is icky because I was planning to make the head at a different angle... but then...changed part of it and kept the other part the same. xD;;
