I originally designed this poster to be printed with gold + lilac ink, but I wound up switching it to teal + lilac at the last minute. I'm very happy that I asked for the ink change, I was so happy with how it came out! The silkscreen is absolutely luscious, imho <3_<3If you're interested in purchasing a print, please message me.

I just finished last quarter/semester with a screenprinting final that involved gig posters. Looked at a TON of Jay Ryan's work, and loved it, but let's just say I am not cut out for serigraphy. i don't have the patience to make beautiful works like this one. Your registration is perfect and the color combinations are BEAUTIFUL. I can only imagine how gorgeous this looks in real life!
And Imogen Heap is one of my all-time favorite artists! It's win-win! Fantastic work on this. It's wonderful. This is a spectacular use of haltone. I am definitely interested in a print... expect a note from me soon!

It was for two shows Imogen Heap did up here, in Seattle and Portland, so I guess you could say it was for the musician herself. However, I worked through with the venue to produce the art so I never actually worked with her on this.
