I've been told to stay busy with whatever I can by my counselor to keep from thinking about/doing icky harmful stuffs again >__> (insert unhappy life story explanation thus far here) distraction doesn't help much, but at least it creates new deviations...

Whenever you feel bad about yourself, just remember, at least you don't look like the little shadows between Ansem's feet O_o
