Icky Vicky!
This is my half of an art trade with Hope he likes it! He wanted an anime version of Vicky from Fairly Oddparents like my picture of Frankie from Foster's. It's funny though because the same girl does the voice for both characters.. weird. Anyways here's Vicky! Beware of her napsack of babysitting doom! Run Timmy while you still can!
