yes indeed, he certainly found a big one. ^^I dont know if other than the scandinavian countries accually do this, but the boy is fishing crabs. I still love to do this and I love the small crabs!
<3I admit the backround isn't the best but I wanted to try and draw a backround with watercolour for once!
How to fish crabs: Attach a long thread to a clothes peg. Find a bait (for example a sea mussel) put the bait on the peg, toss it in the water and wait for the crabs to fight over it... (ewe ) hehehehehe.
tools used (for painting) : pencil, watercolours, salt

We go crabbing here in the USA, too! My family uses raw chicken and fish heads as bait.

thanks ;D The indian ink is very runny, and you have to be careful not to blend it with too much water. (mine goes VERY pale if I add too much water.) Otherwise it's pretty much like watercolour. (expt with the indian ink I'm using you have to be be careful not to spill any droplets on the finished piece. it smears)
