I was once a victim of bullying back when I was in elementary school. I never told anyone about this, but the pain has been eating at me for a while. This is basically how I felt. It wasn't anything serious. There was a bit of name calling and teasing, but it lowered my self-esteem and self-confidence a lot. I don't think those wounds will ever heal.

Please, if you see someone being bullied, tell a teacher or an adult, help them, or even try stopping the bullying. I know we can't stop bullying from happening all the time, but we can take a few steps at a time and spread awareness.
